  2. Take 2 1/2 tbps cornstarch

  8. Make ready 1 clove size ginger, grated

Instructions to make Chicken Teriyaki:
  1. Add Chicken, cornstarch, fish sauce and pepper. Mix.

  3. Fry the chicken on medium flame setting until golden brown.
  4. When the meat becomes golden brown, strain and set aside.
  5. Saute garlic, ginger and sili.
  6. Add soy sauce.
  7. Add brown sugar then dissolve.
  8. When sugar is dissolved, add cornstarch and stir until desired thickness.
  9. Add the fried chicken meat and mix well.
  10. Add green sili and sesame seed before serving.
