- So wok on medium heat add your chopped garlic & Ginger, then add your chicken and let that start to cook for about 4 to 5 minutes. Next into the wok goes carrot, pepper, & Sugar snap peas and cook for a further 8 to 10 minutes stirring the ingredients togeather.
- Next add chicken stock to the wok stir through mix 2 minutes later make a well and add your noodles, as they soften stir through. Finally into a separate bowl add Seasame oil, Hoisin, Soy, 5 spice and flour, garlic salt mix together add to the wok, stir through and then serve.
