- While peppers are baking make cilantro sause. In food processor pulse sour creme, ciltranto, garlic& lime juice.until smooth. I put mine in a zip loc bag. Snipped off corner when ready. Chill in Refrigerator.remove peppers from oven . Top with cheese. Return to oven 1-2 minutes. Or until melted.Drizzle sause over them…
