- Peel shaljam and cut into four pieces in a bowl add water and boil 10 minutes for medium flame.
- Heat half cup oil in a pot and add sliced onion and fry until golden,
- Now add Beef and ginger garlic paste than bhunofy it.
- Now add yoghurt, red chilli powder, turmeric,salt, coriander powder,then bhunofy 2 3 minutes…
- Then add 1 Glass water for the meat to get tender.and cook on low to medium flame…
- After meet tender now add the turnip and bhunofy it.
- Add water as per needed for gravy,all spice's powder, Stir it for five minutes and garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Yummy turnip Meat is ready for Serving 😋
