- Combine salt, egg, milk, cheese, and oil in blender. Mix until smooth.
- Add 1/2 cup of tapioca flour. Mix on high until smooth.
- Keep adding 1/2 cup of tapioca flour at a time until all mixed together.
- Grease mini muffin pan with butter.
- Pour mixture into mini pan filling halfway…optional to add extra cheese to top.
- Put in oven for 15 minutes or until they puff up / turn golden brown. CAUTION adding extra cheese may not allow for a puffy top.
