  4. Seal the pastry then Cut the pastry into small squares or as you please. Place them on a greased baking try.
  5. Apply egg wash on each roll then make 2 cuts on top of each roll. You can sprinkle poppy seeds to garnish. This is optional.
  6. Bake in a pre heated oven for 30 mins at 180°c. Let them cool then serve when warm or cold. You can freeze these upto 3 months and re heat on demand.
