- Take all the ingredients except oil and water in a big bowl. - Make sure vegetables are chopped finely - Now add water gradually to get a lump free batter - Batter shouldn’t be very thick or runny either - Mix With the help of whisk to form a smooth batter.
- Heat up a pan to make the mini pancakes - Grease the indents - Pour a ladleful batter in each indent and let it cook.
- Use a non stick spatula to flip it and let it cook from the other side too.
