  3. Add Sambhar powder, Turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, curry leaves and stir well. Add okra’s and stir well for 5 mins
  4. Strain the tamarind after deseeding and add to the Okra, add 1 cup water and cook on low flame for 7-8 mins until the okra is cooked
  5. Plate and enjoy with steamed rice
