- Put oil on fire and pour them in and fry a little
- Pour hot water and add spices (thyme, curry, seasoning) add in vegetable of your choice (I used bitterleaf). And allow to boil
- Reduce heat, Add couscous and stir and cover for awhile. Open and stir again if it's soft then u are done. If it's still strong add little hot water.. off stove and allow to steam. Done!!
