  1. Take 250 g Minced Lamb
  2. Prepare 2 pc Tomatoes (finely diced or crushed)
  3. Prepare 1 pc Yellow Onion (finely diced)

  5. Make ready 100 g Potatoes (finely diced)
  6. Get 2 Tbsp Garam Masala
  7. Make ready as needed Salt
  8. Take 3-4 Tbsp Cooking Oil

  10. Prepare [Garlic Paste] - ground well
  11. Get 20 g Garlic
  12. Get 20 g Ginger
  13. Take 30 g Fresh Chillies (deseed)
Instructions to make Lamb Keema:
  1. MARINADE: marinate the Lamb with the Garlic Paste, 1 Tbsp Garam Masala and Salt for 30 minutes or more.
  2. BASE: heat 4 Tbsp of Cooking Oil until hot and sauté the Onions until fragrant. Then add the Lamb, mix well and cook until brown all over.
  3. VEGGIES: then add the Tomatoes, Potatoes as well as 1/2 cup of Water, 1 Tbsp Garam Masala and Salt. Cook until the the Potatoes are tender and the Tomatoes have disintegrated. Next add the Peas and cook until the liquid has evaporated. Serve with Flat bread or Rice.
