  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and pour in the mixture. Place slices of pork on top and cook it for about 5 mins with lid until well browned and flip over.
  4. Cook on the other side for 5~6 mins with lid. And flip over again and cook for 2~3 mins without lid.
  5. Pour Worcester sauce and mayonnaise over it and garnish with dried bonito flakes and green laver as much as you like.
