- Add the ofof, allow to dissolve in 8-10 min..cook for 3min before adding periwinkles and slice uziza leave. Allow to simmer for 5 min
Rivers native soup recipe came to us from Niger Delta Area of Rivers state. The feature of this region is that the riverine people who like to use the freshest seafood in their cuisine.
