  3. Now you have some good Lamb broth. you can pour into ice trays and freeze. Remove from ice trays and put into a zip lock bag and save for when you need it.
  4. I eat lamb from time to time, so i trim the fat off regularly and have a zip lock bag that i just add to the bag until i have enough to make broth.
