- Take a bowl add bajra,chopped onion & water and make a dough.
- Make standard size balls of it and make a chapati with help of rolling board.
- Put it on hot tawa and cook both sides well.
- Serve hot with butter.
But over the decades, more and more Indians commonly grind pearl millet and make the flour into cakes or unleavened bread (chapati). Some goes into porridges, which may be thin or thick. Pearl millet is beneficial for treating stomach ulcers. Stomach ulcers are caused due to excessive acidity in the stomach after the intake of food. Pearl millet turns down the stomach alkaline and prevents the formation of stomach ulcers.
