  17. Get Chow mein or Egg noodles (Boiled) 1 & ½ Cups
  18. Prepare 1/4 Cup Yakhni (Chicken stock)
  19. Take Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  20. Make ready 1/2 Cup Hara pyaz (Green onion) julienne
  21. Take 1/2 tsp Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed
Instructions to make Chicken Chow Mein:
  1. In bowl,add oyster sauce,soy sauce,sesame oil,sugar,black pepper powder,white pepper powder,corn flour and mix well.Chow Mein sauce is ready.
  2. In chicken,add 1 tbs of chow mein sauce,mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. In wok,add oil,garlic and marinated chicken,stir-fry until chicken changes color.
  4. Add carrot and mix,add capsicum,green onion white part and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add remaining chow mein sauce,vinegar and mix well.
  6. Add chow mein or egg noodles,chicken stock,salt,green onion and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
  7. Sprinkle black pepper crushed and serve.
