- Put a fry pan sprayed with Spray2Cook on a medium to high heat and add the onion and bacon together with the rabbit.
- Cook on the hob until the rabbit is browned all over then transfer to a casserole together with all the other ingredients other than the cornstarch.
- Blend the cornstarch with a little water (adding slowly) and then add the blended cornstarch to the casserole.
- Put the casserole in the oven for 75 minutes.
- Turn the oven off and leave the stew in the hot oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove the bay leaf before serving.
