  2. place small amount of olive oil in large frying pan
  3. add 1 tbsp. of minded garlic
  4. place salmon in frying pan on med heat
  5. place diced potatoes in large pan of water bring to a boil and cook 15 mins
  6. in a big pot put place butter, heavy cream and milk on low heat
  7. add garlic and rest of spices
  8. when potatoes are cooked add to big pot
  9. then add salmon
  10. cook on low for 15 to 20 mins
