Chop knafeh dough with a sharp knife. Knafeh is shredded phyllo dough filled with cheese. One of the greatest of all Lebanese pastries is knafeh jibneh with orange blossom syrup. If you are not familiar with it.

- Pour the cool syrup on kunafeh and let it cool for 20 min. before serving with pistachios and icecream.
