  1. In small bowl, cream the butter & cream cheese until blended. Gradually beat in flour. Refrigerate covered 30 min.
  2. Preheat oven to 350° . Shape dough into 1" balls. Place in greased mini muffin cup. Press evenly into bottoms and up sides.
  3. In small bowl, beat egg, brown sugar, melted butter, orange peel. Spoon 1&1/2 tsp.filling each cup Top with cranberries.( I put 1&half in mine. I cut them in half).
  4. Bake 20-25 min or until golden brown. Cool in pans. Remove to cool. ( Freeze cookies layered between wax papers .)
