  2. Now add flour in it and make a crumble of it.Now add chilled milk in it and mix it well and add chilled water to make a loose batter and add lemon juice in it and mix well.
  3. Now pour this batter in a squeezy bottle and keep it cool using ice cold water bowl.Now take a vessel and add ghee in it and heat it at high flame.Now pour the batter from the height and cook it till foam removes.Now repeat this batter 12 times by making hole in a centre.
  4. Now cook it until golden colour and remove it on the stand.Like this all ghevar made.
  5. Now for sugar syrup add sugar and water.Now cook it, till gets 1 string consistency.Adding saffron strands and cardamom powder in it and pour this syrup on the ghevars.
