- Saute garlic, ginger and sili.
- Add soy sauce.
- Add brown sugar then dissolve.
- When sugar is dissolved, add cornstarch and stir until desired thickness.
- Add the fried chicken meat and mix well.
- Add green sili and sesame seed before serving.
