  1. Soak kodo Millet & all the mixed dals for 4 hrs.
  2. Grind them separately and mix them in a bowl, add salt and asafoetida, and keep aside. Meanwhile while grind Chutney ingredients in mixer grinder adding needed water into smooth Chutney.
  3. Heat a Nonstick Dosa tava pour batter in center and spread evenly and cook till crispy and golden brown.
