- Prepare 1 cup Mixed sprouts
- Make ready 11/4 cup low fat yogurt
- Make ready 13/4 cups water
- Take to taste salt
- Get 2 teaspoon oil
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Get 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- Take 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- Make ready 1-2 teaspoon finely chopped green chilies

- Prepare 3-4 tbsp besan/ rajgira flour
- Get 2 red chilies broken
- Prepare 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
- Take 1 pinch hing /asafoetida
Instructions to make Sprouts Kadhi:
- Heat oil in pressure cooker
- Splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds
- Add red chilies, ginger and hing. Saute for few seconds
- Add green chilies and saute for few seconds, add in sprouts
- Add spice powders, 1.5 cups water and salt. Mix well
- Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles over medium heat until done
- Meanwhile whisk yogurt in a bowl
- Add remaining water and besan. You can add other gluten free flours too in place of besan for making it more nutritious
- Whisk well until well combined and lump free
- Once steam is naturally released, open the lid
- Add in whisked yogurt mix and mix well over low medium heat
- Simmer and cook for 15 minutes
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
