- Then fold the bottom and roll towards the tip of the pastry,then pinch the edges to stop cheese coming out when baking, again apply your beaten egg all over and place onto oven proof tray
- Once on baking tray season with salt and pepper to taste and put in the oven 205°degrees for about 15/20mins until golden and puffy
- When ready serve and enjoy (I like to eat with a simple salad and a balsamic glaze on top) xx
