- In a pan take oil and add all whole spices, then in it add grated ginger & Garlic, now add beef meat into it and soute for 1 min.
- Now in this add onions, crushed red chilli, turmeric powder, salt, tomatoes and youghurt and Bonify it for 2min. Add half cup water and cook it, covered, over Medium flame for 30min.
- When after 1/2 hr meat gets done, then add corriender leaves and whole green chillies and 2 cut green chillies, and cook it till all of the water gets evaporated. Your stewis ready to serve.
