The ingredients needed to make Pecan Pie:
  1. Get 1 (9 inch) Pie Crust you can use my GF one for this even
  2. Get 1 1/2 cups Pecans
  3. Prepare 4 Tablespoons Butter Melted
  4. Get 1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
  5. Take 2 1/2 Tablespoons Jack Danials
  6. Take 1 Tablespoon Molasses
  7. Make ready 1/2 Cup Light Corn Syrup
  8. Get 4 large eggs blended
Instructions to make Pecan Pie:
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Put pie crust in pie pan or use prepared one.
  3. In medium size saucepan on medium low melt butter add brown sugar and Jack Daniels till well blended with wooden spoon.
  4. Add molasses and corn syrup stirring it in. Add pecans stir in to coat.
  5. Add beaten eggs and mix well keep on burner on low while getting pie crust ready
  6. Pour into pie pan with your crust place pie pan on a cookie sheet. I also put a crust guard on the pie.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes lower oven temp to 350 degrees F and bake for additional 55 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and let cool
