Now take one pressure cooker add water salt turmeric and hing once water starts boiling add sprouts and bring to 1 whistle. Drain boiled mix Sprouts and keep aside.
  3. For making healthy mixed sprouts. Take sprouts in a bowl add chopped onion, chopped capcicum, chopped carrot, chopped cucumber, add chat masala,salt according to taste,add chopped mint leaves, add 1 tsp oilive oil and lemon juice.
