- Take bowl combine onions, tomatoes, moong sprouts and potatoes and keep aside.
- Coarsely crush 6 papdis and arrange them on a serving plate.
- Top it with 1/2 cup potatoes, tomatoes, onions and moong sprouts mixture, 1/2 cup curd, 2tbsp khajur imli ki chutney and coriander chutney.
- Sprinkle little salt, 1/4 tsp chaat masala, 1/4 tsp cumin powder and chilli powder.
- Repeat steps 2 to 4 to make one more plate of papdi chaat
- Serve papdi chaat garnish with bhujia and coriander leaves.
