  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared tray and press down firmly with a spoon
  6. Cook for 25 minutes or until golden
  7. Allow to cool to room temperature before placing into the fridge for 2-3 hours to firm
  8. If using a slice tin cut into muesli bar sized slices.

Just dilute protein powder in water and drink it. I planned to make granola bars, but i didn't have honey on hand. So i decided to use up the jaggery and make a protein bar. For example I used up some leftover muesli, you could easily use oats in this. You can use any nuts, my choice on Take peanuts and gram dal in a mixer. powder them coarsely.
