- Take one deep pan and pour water to boil, when water is boiling add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes, drain,set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat,add cumin seeds and allow to splutter.add onion saute till soft,add garlic, ginger paste and stir till aromatic,add tomato and stir for a while,add all Powder stir for few minutes.
- Add mix vegetables and stir for few minutes.add salt,water to make thick sauce.add pasta and mix well
- Cook pasta for 2-3 minutes.pasta is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves and cashews.
