- In a large bowl , melt butter in the microwave. Stir in marshmallows and microwave until puffed. Stir until smooth and melted. Let set for 2 minutes. Pour marshmallow mixture over popcorn mixture & stir to coat evenly. Press mixture into prepared pan. Cover & let set 1 hour.
- Run a knife between popcorn and the pan. To loosen cake.Place on serving plate. Invert pan to remove . Before cutting.
