- Place a cookie cooling rack inside of a cookie sheet and place into the oven. Put the oven on broil, around 250°F. Allow time for the oven to become very hot!
- Cut two avocados in half and take out the seeds.
- In a small bowl, put about two tablespoons of e.v.olive oil and mix it with some salt and pepper.
- With a cooking brush, brush the olive oil onto the avocados soft inside and allow it to sit for a minute.
- Once the oven has reached an appropriate temperature, place the avocado soft side down onto the cookie cooling rack allowing the excess olive oil to drip into the cookie sheet. And TURN OFF OVEN!
- After about five to ten minutes, take the avocados out of the oven with tongs to avoid burning yourself. Place onto a plate and scoop the crab salad and place where the seed is missing. Serve hot and enjoy!
