  2. Add onions to the oil, fry for a bit, add thyme and ginger paste. Add your pepper, your chicken stock and cover to cook for 10mins.
  3. Add your fried meat, seasonings and salt if necessary and cover to cook until done. Take from heat and set aside.
  4. The water added to the rice should be on the same level with the rice. Cook on medium heat until it dries up.
