A meat pie is a pie with a chunky filling of meat and often other savory ingredients. - Take 6 cups flour, 500g margarine(2sachets),4TB sugar,1TB baking powder,1TB salt,4 eggs,milk or water,minced beef,diced carrot,diced potatoes,diced onions,crushed pepper n 1egg for glazing

Instructions to make Meat pie:
- For the dough - Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.Add the margarine and work it all together until you get crumbly texture and add the milk a little at a time until it form a dough. knee for 2mins on a work surface and allow the dough to rest in the fridge for 30mins
- For the fillings - while the dough is resting,let make the filling. Add some oil in a pan,add some diced onions,crushed pepper and stir fry for 1min,and add the minced beef, add some curry,thyme,salt n seasoning to taste. Add some diced carrots n potatoes then add some water n allow it to cook until vegetables becomes very tender. The potatoes and carrots should be easy to mash with a fork that is a good way to know it is properly done
- Add 2TB flour in a bowl with some water to make a paste and add it to the filling and stir together the keep aside
- Using a pie cutter,cut the dough,add 2TB spoon of the filling closing it using a fork to close the edges.Brush the pie with some egg wash. Bake the meatpie in a 350degress for 20mins. Enjoy your meatpie
