- Get 300 gr minced meat

- A handy tip: steaming paper are expensive. It costs around €5. In fact, normal baking paper works perfectly great for steaming and it costs five times less. Don't forget to make small holes using fork to make sure that the steam can go through 😉
- Steam the dumplings for about 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the meat you are using. Chicken may take 20 minutes.
