The ingredients needed to make Beetroot Quinoa:
- Take 1 cup quinoa, boiled
- Make ready 1/2 cup beetroot, grated
- Prepare 1/4 cup carrot, grated
- Get 1/2 cup peas, frozen
- Get 50 gm paneer, cubed
- Prepare 2 garlic clove, chopped
- Take 1/4 tsp ghee
- Take 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- Get 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- Get 1/8 tsp black pepper powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
Instructions to make Beetroot Quinoa:
- Heat ghee in a pan. Add garlic and saute it for a min or till it turns golden.
- Now add beetroot and saute it on high flame for a min.
- Next add carrot and peas and mix well.
- Next add red chilli powder, cumin powder, black pepper & salt.
- Saute this on high flame for min.
- Add cooked quinoa and saute on high flame for 40 secs.
- Turn flame to lowest and cover with lid for a min.
- Turn off the flame and toss in the chopped paneer cubes into the dish.
- Serve hot with lauki ka raita/ dahi/Chutney.
