- Make Quinoa flour
- Rinse quinoa and place on a baking sheet
- Bake for 12 min on 200 until completely dry and a little crispy

- Attach pasta attachment of your choice to the blank screen of the omega
- Feed the dough through the spout and plunge it down
- Watch the beuatiful pasta shoot out!
- Boil for five minutes
- Drain out water
- Serve with tomato sauce or however you like to eat pasta enjoy!
