  15. Take 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  16. Prepare 1/2 tsp curry powder

  18. Get 2 lb chicken tenderloin or breast

  1. Season chicken to taste. In a large frying pan cook chicken in olive oil or veg oil over medium heat. **** Don't over or under cook chicken
  2. Cook stew in pot at the same time your cooking chicken in pan
  3. Set chicken aside when done to cool off. When cool cut chicken into small cubes
  4. STEW TIME
  5. In a dutch oven or small stock pot add 1/4 cup of veg or olive oil
  6. Add chopped or sliced onion to pot
  7. add chopped, sliced or diced mushrooms
  8. add minced garlic
  9. add the 1/4 of Worcestershire sauce
  10. mix and let cook down some
  11. add the kale and let it cook down about 1-2 mins
  12. add coleslaw mix
  13. add all powder seasonings listed abv. Then add brown sugar. Let cook for 4 -5 mins. Be sure to stir regularly
  14. add chicken stock from box. if using bouillon packets use 2 packet and 32oz of water
  15. when veggies are done and stew is smelling up your house. turn the pot off. drained diced tomatoes and add them.
  16. then add the cooked cubed chicken
  17. Give a good stir and your done.
