  2. Make ready 2 cups wheat flour

  11. Get 1.5 cups Mix vegetables sliced or cubed (capsicum, onions, paneer cubes and some corn kernels)
  12. Make ready 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
  13. Prepare 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes (optional)

Steps to make Wheat base pizza:
  1. Making pizza dough: - Pour lukewarm water in a cup. - Add yeast & sugar to lukewarm water and stir it. Set aside for 10 to 15 mins and allow it to proof.
  2. After 15 mins the yeast should activate and turn bubbly or frothy.
  3. When the water turns frothy, add flour, salt and oil. - Next, mix and make a dough adding more water if needed.
  4. Knead the dough very well until very soft and pliable for about 5 to 7 mins. - The dough must be soft & elastic.
  5. Place it in a warm place and let it rise till it’s double in size.
  6. Sauté veggies in little oil and season them. Add oregano too in it.
  7. Preheat the oven to 240 C° for atleast 20 to 25 mins. - Transfer the dough to the work area.
  8. Punch the dough once to deflate it. Cut to 2 to 3 portions. - Gently shape it to a ball. - Lightly grease the pizza tray. - Place the pizza dough over the tray and flatten it slightly.
  9. Add few drops of oil and begin to flatten it. Spread to a round disc of desired thickness. - Prick it with the fork and place the tray in the oven and bake it for 5 to 7 mins.
  10. Once base it is baked. Spread the pizza sauce as desired. Layer the veggies and then the grated cheese.
  11. Lastly sprinkle Italian herbs and red chilli flakes.
  12. Bake for 10 to 12 mins until the base is cooked and cheese turns slightly golden.
  13. Slice and serve it hot.
