I use this recipe a lot and When you make the crepes make sure the batter is mixed and make sure they are cooked or else they taste. Instructions to make Crêpes:
  1. Sift flour into your mixing bowl, add all the other ingredients and mix on medium speed till thoroughly mixed.
  2. Allow to sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat up a non-stick pan or if using a frying pan, apply a little butter/vegetable oil. Pour in a bit of the batter and swirl to spread on the pan thinly(very important, crêpes are always thin), allow to cook till the edges start to brown(1-2minutes) and flip to cook the other side.
  4. Repeat same process for remaining batter. Serve hot or cold, you decide.
  5. I've served mine with chocolate syrup and beef/egg sauce. The options are endless; ice cream, syrups, sauces, fruits, etc.
