  1. Take 1 slice Flat bread or Pita bread
  2. Prepare 2/3 cup Nacho Cheese (we get the big can from Costco)
  3. Get 1 Smoked Sausage (we get the heritage farms, they're basically smoked hotdogs)
  4. Make ready 1/2 slice Black Forest Ham (From Costco, but any kind works, also add more or less ham per preference)
  5. Get 1 packages Bacon bits, (real preferred but any kind works)
  6. Get 1 dash Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika (any seasoning really, to your preference)
Instructions to make Cheesy Meat Mountain:
  1. Cut up your smoked sausage in even pieces, enough to cover the whole slice of pita bread.
  2. Place pita bread on a microwave safe plate, and spread evenly with half the nacho cheese. And spread some of the bacon bits.
  3. Evenly spread out smoked sausage over nacho cheese, then cut or rip your slice of Black Forest ham.
  4. Spread the ham out evenly over the smoked sausage, then top with the rest of the nacho cheese and cover with bacon bits.
  5. Sprinkle seasoning of your choice (I used garlic powder) over the top sparingly.
  6. Microwave for 30 seconds to a minute, or until cheese is melted and meat is warmed.
