If the optimum point of melting is accidentally exceeded, you can recover the chocolate by adding pearls or chocolate fragments by mixing them until they are melted in the chocolate
- To cover walnuts sandwiches with chocolate: - - Take a walnut sandwich with the help of two forks or a toothpick inserted in a dulce de leche filling, dip it in the chocolate, remove it - Place it on a wax paper until it cools - Repeat the same procedure with each walnut sandwich - To serve place it on paper candy cups
