- Now heat medium kadai add coconut oil. Once oil hot add mustard and cumin. Once mustard done add red chilli, curry leaves.
- Now add the shallot. Once shallots saute a bit add chopped coriander leaves and add this to the mashed dal.
- Serve hot with rice and ghee. Its yummy and healthy food.
