A dry preparation of chicken pieces marinated in yogurt and a spicy masala and fried. This is a simple recipe that can be made marinated for upto. Toss the chicken till the yogurt dries up and the chicken absorbs the yogurt mix. The chicken should not become dry.

- In a bowl, add chicken, curd, cumin powder, salt, pepper, curry leaves and ginger garlic paste and mix them together thoroughly and keep it aside for 30mins. This process is called Marination.
- After 30 mins, add rice flour and mix again thoroughly.
- Now, in a kadhaai (wok), add oil for deep frying. Once the oil is hot, start adding chicken pieces. Once they are fried, take them on a plate. Spread a paper towel or tissue paper on the plate before taking out the chicken.
- The chicken is done. Now we need to dry toss it. For that in a kadhaai(wok), add oil. Once it's hot, add garlic, curry leaves and green chillies. Fry it for a minute and then add the chicken pieces into it and toss them all well. Finally add some pepper powder and toss again.
- Take it out in a plate and if you like, you can squeeze some lemon on top as well. Serve it hot.
