  12. Prepare 1~1/2 tsp * chicken broth (chicken stock powder)
  13. Make ready 2~3 Tbsp * water
  14. Make ready 1 tsp * salt
  15. Get to taste * pepper
  16. Make ready dried green seaweed (aonori) for topping

  1. Heat the 2 tsp oil in a pan over medium heat, add noodles and stir fry until it becomes golden brown, about for 2~3 mins. Remove from a pan and set aside. (you can also heat noodles in a microwave oven for 1 and half~2 mins.)
  2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat again, add vegetables and stir fry until wilted. Add noodles, sauce and stir fry quickly.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. To finish it off, pour sesame oil from the edge of the pan to inside of it (optional). Sprinkle aonori on noodles.
