- Simmer sauce down till chicken is coated evenly and slightly sticky. Serve with rice!
Return pre-fried chicken to the wok and toss until well coated with the sauce. Mix well all over chicken pieces. Heat oil, add in chicken pieces to brown. Add Marmite, honey, maltose, shrimp paste with hot water in a small bowl. Using the same wok, add in chopped garlic and marmite water mixture, stir and cook till big bubbles, add in fried chicken, stir.
